This week, I’m introducing you guys to a charity that I’ve recently become involved with!

A couple of weeks ago, I came into contact with James & his wonderful charity, CATS.

The charity focuses on promoting awareness of cancer symptoms to young people, particularly students. As someone who had cancer as a teenager, I was keen to get involved to prevent other people being misdiagnosed like I was.

When you’ve had cancer, it seems as though anything that comes afterwards couldn’t possibly compare. I mean, you’ve had cancer. It’s a huge thing to overcome & after you’ve been through all the treatment and the operations, you don’t think you could ever feel worse in your life.

Speaking From The Heart | News

Hey lovely people,

I usually don’t do health updates on this blog – I prefer to leave it over at my cancer advice website rather than overload you with medical stuff – but this one is pretty important.

5 Tips for the Summer Sun | Blog

The summer weather hit us for about three days last week in typical British fashion!

Now I am definitely not built for the sun – I’m the palest person you will ever come across in your life. I just can’t take the heat and my skin burns up straight away!

But I still like to get out & enjoy the heat  – I just take extra care when I do 🙂
