Staying Healthy with TOTM Organic! | News

Happy Friday everyone – hope you’ve all had a great week!

Last week, I was invited to go to the Hilton Hotel for International Women’s Day as a guest of Time of the Month – a company who make 100% organic sanitary products for women.

TOTM is a fab company & they’re doing amazing things! Lots of the sanitary products that we use contain harmful chemicals but TOTM’s pads, tampons & liners are made with only organic cotton making them a safe & healthy alternative for your body.

As a cancer survivor, this is obviously super important to me!

TOTM run a subscription service so that you receive your products when you need them & they’re packaged discreetly too! They’re really absorbent & comfortable to use – I’ve been telling all my friends about them.

The main thing is that it gives me peace of mind when I use them – I know I’m using a product which is safe for my body & that is worth more than anything to me!
For International Women’s Day, we had lunch at the Hilton Hotel in Cardiff with IoD and there was a talk from Angela Gidden MBE on the Creative Entrepreneur which was SO encouraging and inspiring.

It was great seeing so many women (and men!) coming together to celebrate International Women’s Day & supporting each other in business.

Listening to Angela’s presentation made me feel much more confident about my own business & I came away feeling empowered.

The food was delicious & it was such a great day!

A huge thank you to TOTM for having me!

Have a great weekend everyone,

Love,
Allie x
